YELLOW MAN BY ANNE McGILL SCULPTURE IN CONTEXT [BOTANIC GARDENS IN DUBLIN]

Recently I visited the artist at her studio in Clontarf and was impressed by what I saw. As a matter of interest: Yellowman is a chewy toffee-textured honeycomb produced in Northern Ireland.Ingredients of Yellowman are commonly quoted as including brown sugar, golden syrup, butter, vinegar and bicarbonate of soda but there are many local variations in ingredients and recipes.
